Business Process Design

In this project, I built a simple cross functional swim model of the registration process at a university. The objective was to capture the physical flow of data and transition between people, systems and agents. The process included checking pre requisites, billing, printing, mailing and updating enrollment lists.

I also implemented a level 0 logical model to capture the flow of information through the various software systems. The purpose of this model was to identify how the data moves between each information system until reaching it’s end point.
